Dr. Golledge has been a physician in infection management for nearly 30 years, bringing a wealth of experience as a specialised healthcare provider.

We are a private billing practice and payment on the day of the consultation is required. Your Medicare rebate will be processed on the day and the funds will be sent to your nominated bank account.
Nursing Care
A registered nurse is also available to assist with complex wound management and administration of intravenous antibiotics.
First Consultation
For your first consultation with Dr Golledge, please bring:
- A referral from your doctor
- Any pathology, x-rays, medication lists and any other past medical history documents that are relevant to your condition
- Your Medicare / DVA card, private health fund card and pension / healthcare card if you have one
Parking
Paid parking is available at the front of the building or in the multi-storey carpark at the rear of the building. If required, transport from the carparks to the front of the medical centre is available via a free courtesy bus driven by Hollywood Private Hospital volunteers.
Public Transport
Bus - Major bus routes service the surrounding area of Hollywood Private Hospital. The closest bus stops are located along Monash Avenue, Hampden Road, Hospital Avenue and Stirling Highway. Bus routes 25, 103, 24, 950 and 97 run to and from these destinations. Stops for these servies are less than 1km from Hollywood Private Hospital.
Train - The train stations closest to Hollywood Medical Centre are Shenton Park (1.8km), Karrakatta, Daglish and Subiaco stations. The Subiaco Shuttles (route 97) runs from Subiaco Train Station to QEII Medical Centre with bus stops on Monash Avenue and Hampden Road. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes on weekdays (from 6.43am to 6.30pm), every 30 minutes on Saturdays (from 8.55am to 5.55pm) and hourly on Sundays and public holidays. DVA Transport - Eligible veteran patients may be able to have transport arranged through the Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA). For more information please contact the Department on 9366 8391 or 9366 8392. If you are an eligible veteran, you can ask our reception staff or the concierge in the Hollywood Medical Centre to order your transport for pick up when you're ready to leave.

Dr Clay Golledge
BSc (Med), MBBS, FRCP, FRCPA, FACTM, FRSTM, FRGS, DTM&H
Dr Golledge is a Physician in Infection Management and a Clinical Microbiologist with 30 years of Consultant experience. Dr Golledge completed his training at Royal Perth, Sir Charles Gairdner and Fremantle Hospitals. He underwent advanced training in Infectious Diseases at the City Hospital and Western General Hospital in Edinburgh and from 1991 to 2018 was a consultant at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
He now runs Infections West, Perth’s largest and most progressive Infectious Disease practice. Dr Golledge admits and consults at Hollywood Private Hospital.
Dr Hector Maxwell-Scott
MBBS MSc DTM&H FRCPA FRACP
Dr Maxwell-Scott is an infectious diseases physician and clinical microbiologist. He completed his specialist training in London before working as an infection consultant at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust from 2021 to 2023. After a move to Australia, Dr Maxwell-Scott undertook a fellowship at Westmead hospital in Sydney and now consults at Hollywood Private Hospital and offers a weekly clinic at Hollywood Medical Centre.
Dr Maxwell-Scott has a broad range of experience in infectious diseases and a particular interest in bone and joint infection, and tropical medicine. He has completed both the RCP Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, and a master’s degree in Medical Parasitology.Hector is now our Medical Director and Director of Postgraduate Education.
Dr Alison Keed
MBBS (Hons) FRACP MSc (TMIH) DTM&H
Dr Alison Keed is an Infectious Diseases Physician with 15 years of consultant experience. She completed her medical degree at the University of Sydney and her physician and specialty training at Royal Prince Alfred and Royal North Shore Hospitals in Sydney. She has a Master of Science in Tropical Medicine and International Health, and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, both from the London School of Tropical Medicine. Alison holds consultant positions at both Royal Perth Hospital and the Western Australian Tuberculosis Control Program, where she is the Director of the state wide Leprosy program. Dr Keed admits and consults at Hollywood Private Hospital and sees outpatient referrals at Infections West.
Dr Elizabeth Winlo
MBBS (Hons), BSc
Elizabeth ("Lizzy") is one of our part-time Registrars helping care for our patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Before starting at Infections West, Lizzy worked at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. She has a special interest chronic wound management and has an understanding of rural medicine, having grown up in the Wheatbelt.
Dr Jade Bevan
Registrar
Jade completed a Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Biomedical Science at the University of Notre Dame, Fremantle. During this time she was involved in immersion programs in Cambodia as well as the Wheatbelt and Kimberley regions. Jade has since worked in Emergency and Acute Medical departments around Australia, and has a special interest in postoperative infections and tropical medicine.
Dr Amber Shrestha
Registrar | BMBS (Hons), BAP
Amber is a full-time Registrar at Infections West. Amber has a special interest in Tropical Infectious diseases having spent time volunteering in Tuberculosis clinics in Peru. She has also contributed to research in the areas of COVID-19 and zoonotic infectious disease. Amber, is dedicated to providing safe and patient-centred healthcare which she delivers with a smile.
Kerri Quaife
Clinical Nurse
Kerri's extensive nursing career has covered everything from Midwifery and ICU to community Nursing. In the past seven years she has worked in a multidisciplinary health care environment at SJOG Hospital Subiaco, with a particular focus on chronic and acute wound care therapy.
Natasha
Administration Manager
Working in medical administration for several years, Natasha is experienced in patient service management. Assisting in the startup of the practice, she has a strong understanding of coordination of both private and public clinics.
